Book Studio by Anita Charlot

Your book. Written, published and launched.

Book Studio is the AI system I built to take my own book from voice memos to pre-orders. Claude does the heavy lifting. You make the calls.

Opening soon. Waitlist members hear first.

Built on a real launch

In September and October 2026, while working full time, I used this system to build the launch of Boo, How Do I Get Home?

20chapters, drafted from my own dictation
2workbooks, one free with the book and one paid
28media outlets, each with its own pitch
35+reader votes to choose the cover

Why this exists

You don't need a publishing team. You need a system that works like one.

Writing the book is only part of it. Then come the workbooks, the covers, the Kindle file, the checkout, the emails, the press release and the posts. Most of that work is hard to do on your own.

I know because I lived it. I was caring for my mother, working full time and running my business. So I built the team I couldn't hire, out of Claude, a clear playbook and five checkpoints where I say yes or no.

Human-Led, AI-Supported!™ You stay the author. The system handles the rest.

How it works

Six phases. Five checkpoints. One intake.

You answer one intake form, once. Book Studio works through each phase and stops at every checkpoint for your approval before anything goes live.

Phase 1

Foundation

Title and subtitle options tested against your readers, a full outline, a product map, a timeline and a launch calendar.

Checkpoint 1: title, outline, plan
Phase 2

Manuscript

Chapters drafted from your dictation, word for word first. Then a fact check, contributor approvals and cover copy.

Checkpoint 2: manuscript and covers
Phase 3

Workbooks

A companion workbook unlocked by a code in your book, plus a paid workbook as a fillable PDF and an Amazon paperback.

Checkpoint 3: workbooks and print numbers
Phase 4

Site and publishing

Sales page, checkout, delivery emails, legal pages, Kindle and print files, and your Amazon listing ready for you to publish.

Checkpoint 4: walkthrough and test purchase
Phase 5

Marketing

Your full email sequence, LinkedIn posts, press release, media pitches, short video scripts, cover vote and community.

Checkpoint 5: one review doc, then scheduling
Phase 6

Launch and after

Dated to-dos for launch week, release day, the live Q&A, shipping signed copies and checking sales every week.

You get a closing report and calendar

Questions

Before you join

Do I need to know how to use AI?

No. If you can type or talk into your phone, you can use Book Studio. The intake asks your questions in plain language, and every checkpoint shows you what was made before anything goes live.

Will AI write my book for me?

No. Book Studio drafts from your words: your dictation, notes and stories, saved word for word first. You approve every chapter. It never invents clients, quotes or results.

What do I need to have?

A Claude Max plan (at least during setup), your book idea or draft, and an Amazon KDP account if you want to sell on Amazon. For your website and checkout, the playbook includes GrowthHub365 steps and works with most email and checkout tools.

Does it work for any kind of book?

It was built on a memoir with a practical system. It fits nonfiction best: memoir, how-to, guides and books with workbooks.

Can you guarantee sales?

No. Book Studio gives you the system and the steps. Results depend on your book, your audience and the work you put in.

When does it open?

Soon. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know, with the date and details.
